![]() ![]() And you also can deal with enemies that are fire poison or water resistant easier. Plus, you can get persistent damage clouds if you make it rain then electrify them for even more damage. ![]() Well it doesn't really matter with lone wolf as most things are dead in 4 turns or less. You might say, why split the schools, you'll cancel each other out. This is my 3rd run, I'm using Loshe as areo/hydro mage and Fane as Geo/pyro. No need for painting cheese, teleport cheese, barrel cheese or many other shenanigans unless ye want. Lone wolf 2x2 party makes this and all Reapers Eye fights trivial after lvl 5 or so in tactician. This is provided that you have decent gear and skills. Thus, you will need to prepare physical spells for controlling Aetera, and magical spells tfor controlling the summons. This right is pee easy once you've done it a few times, like most in the game. Then she's easy pickings.įrom the ledges you can teleport the summons a very large distance away, if you need to catch your breath. The summons hit very hard with three attacks per turn so they will chip away Aeteras physical armor quickly and then her health. Use teleport to position both Aetera and the summons so, that you can target as many summons as possible close to aetera with ONE charm grenade, once the summons' magic armor is down (easily done with e.g. bone widow, to keep your characters shielded when the summons attack. you can try to teleport/fly/cloack and dagger to ledges to the side of the stairs, and block the path with a larger summons e.g. Now, when the fighting starts wait until Aetera have summoned minions on top of your bait, THEN enter the fight with your other characters. Second, once you activate the sarcophagus, run back from it with your bait character as far as you can. The character at the sarcophagus should be the one you judge least useful for this tactic, i.e. One easy answer: Charming grenade on the summons.Ĭharming is resisted by magic armor, of which the summons have very little, as pointed out ealier.įirst position one character to activate the sarcophagus, and the others to wait far enough down the long stairs behind where Aetera appears, so they won't enter the fight until you want to. That just relies on the bull*hit mechanic of killing the right target first The fight against her is basically the hardest in the game except for maybe the last one, The AOE bubble that restores both armor types every round (got it on my human avatar, not sure if any premade members get it tbh) is invaluable for the more difficult fights. Other than that it's all about bursting her really hard, while tanking through her AOE bull*hit. Use your source spells early and liberally as you'll probably get drained by her anyway. Strong AOE disables for them are polymorph's medusa head and hydro's freeze spells as they have basically no magic armor. If you ever choose to go for the dogs use strong AOE to kill multiple at the same time. You get a few seconds of movement before the dialogue starts.Ĭrowd control the dogs and focus the boss primarily. Pull with the main-char and immediately use a mobility ability (fly, phoenix jump, etc) to get to where the boss going to be. ![]() Position your 3 non-main characters along the high-ish ground at the entrance to the area (north I believe, where the boss also spawns). I have tried it for over 2 hours now, different tactics and all but nothing. This is on classic mode and my team is level 13, quite well spec'd if I say so my self but I just cannot kill her due to her unfair advantages. I have tried different methods and the closest I got to killing her was 50%. They have insane movement speed, fire and water 60% res, poison 100% res, they can fly/jump, and only earth and lightning seems to work. She starts with 4 summon dogs dealing 250ish per hit, each dog does 2, sometimes 3 hits. Her magic she cats are lightning or ice so those get hit, if they survive, will be stunned or frozen, thus the dogs can finish them off. She always starts first, I get maybe 1 or 2 members to do something but then 4 or 6 dogs and she gets to go again. Or she summons 2 extra dogs right next to my members and then blasts some other members with 2 high-leveled magic spells, almost killing them, but the dogs will finish them off. She starts with either summoning 2 extra dogs, or shoot 2 sometimes 3 OVERPOWERED high-leveled, insane range and width spell that either kills 1 or 2 of my team members when spread out, and then drains 1 or 2 of my members of source points losing the chance to do it. How do you killed this overpowered masked ♥♥♥♥♥? ![]()
